We encourage customers to read our terms and conditions and to use our demo applications (downloadable from our website) prior to purchase, in order to make an informed and confident buying decision.

We employ a 7 working days return guarantee on all our products as set out via the key conditions highlighted below. for full details please view our Terms and Conditions

Computer Software

Right to cancel - Computer Software is classified under the exempted categories of the Distance Selling Regulations.

Therefore all our Computer Software products cannot be returned for a refund if they are unsealed, registered, or if the right to cancel is not made within 7 working days of receiving the order.

If the product has not been unsealed, is unregistered and if the right to cancel is made within 7 days of receiving the order then a full refund can be obtained.

The only time we can accept the return of unsealed goods is if they are faulty.

But in order to send your order back to us, under the right to cancel, you must contact us to inform us so that you can be issued with a Detail Returns Number (DRN).

Online Services

Because the service starts immediately from when the order is placed these services cannot be cancelled once they have been activated.

If the account has not been activated then you have the right to cancel the order anytime within 7 working days after you have purchased it, in order to obtain a full refund.

Audio & DVD Products

Audio and DVD products have a 7 working days refund guarantee. Meaning that if you decide that you no longer require the product, anytime within 7 working days after you have purchased it you can cancel your order for a full refund, provided you have not unsealed the product.

You must obtain a Detail Returns Number (DRN) before returning this item.

Books

Books have a 7 working days refund guarantee. Meaning that if you decide that you no longer require the product, anytime within 7 working days after you have purchased it, you can cancel your order for a full refund, provided you return the books to us in their original condition.

Delivery Costs for Returned Products

Any goods returned to us, under the right to cancel (as per our Terms and Conditions), that are not damaged, not defective or have not been sent in error, must be paid for at the customers own cost.

Returning Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product we will provide you with a free post address to send the product back to us. You need to contact us to get a Detail Returns Number (DRN) before returning a damaged or defective item, to get the free post address from us. We will send you a replacement for a damaged or defective item straight away, unless we are awaiting stock. If we are awaiting stock the replacement will be sent as soon as the stock is received by us.

Issuing your Refund

All refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation, from when a Detail Returns Number (DRN) is issued

Statutory Rights

Our Sales and Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights. For more information about your Statutory Rights go to the Department of Trade and Industry's website at: http://www.dti.gov.uk/consumers/index.html
